About the ghoul disguise

Do you folks find it weird from the settlers allowing you in their base or even the brotherhood when you wear this disguise? You look like a chainsaw ganado from Re4 and they just accept you in their ranks or the fact the overseer recognize you from that outfit somehow? I would understand with the raiders though xd

The whole disguise system is Bethesda being lazy and trying to hide the fact that they made absolutely zero story changes to reflect you being a ghoul, which was half the hype on getting access to being one after decades of people wanting to see the world through the eyes of a non-untouched by the wastes human. Otherwise we would only need something like that for the Secret Service, Enclave, and BoS, everyone else is actually fairly fine with ghouls in their community and we see ghoul npc's among all the other factions. excluding only the Enclave & BoS.

did you forget how they never added NPC's because they said it was "too difficult", but in reality they just hadnt actually finished making the game yet and just wanted money, and then 1 day we got wastelanders? youre putting far too much trust in this scammy company.
