Catalyst BOS quest

It seems that it was borked. Several days ago I was farming West Tek and went by mistake one of my team mates Catalyst quest I believe.
I managed to get to the FEV Lab where I spoke to Dr Blackburn associates by mistake.
Only today I manage to reach the Catalyst quest normally.
So I have :
Report to the BOS leadership
Speak to Dr. Blackburn associates
And when I try to speak with BOS leadership I dont get the next stage.
Can someone help me please?

The problem was that Ive entered the west tek instance earlier of the quest that should be . And was too late before I figure it out.

Same thing happened to me last week farming west Tek. Bethesda HELP!!!!!!!

The same thing just happened to me. A routine sweep through West Tek triggered "The Catalyst Quest"-- the final BOS Quest. I couldn't actually start it though. This wasn't too surprising considering I hadn't completed the prerequisite prior story line quests.

The really frustrating part is that I went back and completed all the rest of the BOS quests hoping that would fix the situation. Unfortunately that was a huge waste of time. Finishing the second to last quest "A Satisfied Conscience" did NOT re-trigger "The Catalyst" the proper way. The system seemed to notice the bugged activation and figured it was already good to go.

I submitted a Quest Problem Support request to Bethesda and just got a form letter back. I don't think a human actually read it. It said they can't reset completed Quests even though I clearly stated that the problem was that I can't even start it.

Now, through no fault of my own, I am stuck never being able to acquire Hellcat Power Armor Plans, and never being able to farm XP at West Tek without server hopping after each run.

It will be solved. On their solving bugs list. The quest is. So tomorrow at the earliest when the week refreshes the quest is probably going to be bug fixed.
