How to get princess backpack?

I am new to playing fallout. I am not sure how to get the backpack. Is this an hard to find item?

its doable, you won't find it in a vendor but by asking players or posting on trade forums it shouldn't be too difficult to find

It's pretty rare and one of the more expensive ones. It's not impossible to find, but if you were to find one, it'd be through another player or their shop.
