While we never see them do it in Fallout 76, Glowing Ones are able to release a burst of radiation that can even revive a fallen ghoul.
So if radiation does heal the ghoul, why does consuming toxic goo which gives 198+ Rads gives out small amount of health?
Or am i doing something wrong?
Before the ghoul update I was playing ghoulish and was already using toxic goo to heal my health.
Actual ghouls don't seem to get any standard health regen from rads, or at least it's just +1 hp no matter what the source is, a bit of glowing meat or a toxic goo will still only be what looks like 1% on your normal hp pool.
I'm not sure if that's intended or not, but seeing as the ghoulish perk does let it regen your hp, i'm leaning towards it being a bug that it only heals glow.
Hopefully that's the case, kinda of a bummer that some rad items doesn't heal the ghoul as much.
I've seen it but super rare. The glowing ghoul outside of Freddy's house of Fears sometimes does a revive if he's the only one left.
