It's one of the newest and most rare from some searching. It's like the State Farm of Fasnacht masks.

It is one of the new 4 (Abe, Bigfoot, Veggieman, Jackalope) they are relatively rare
This one is currently running as a regular two week duration one, two weeks worth of events have happened

They are slightly rarer than the last 6 (robot, unicorn, minotaur, pig, turkey, alien)
A short duration event a half a year ago three weeks worth of events have happened worth of events have happened where they were a drop

They are more rare than the first 4 (SBQ, Scorchbeast, Blue Devil, Honeybee)
A year ago they were added and five weeks worth of events have happened where they were a drop

They are significantly more rare than the mid rare masks
A lot of events and years have happened where they were a drop

They are drastically more rare than the original rare masks (father winter fits here)

So basically 1/21 events

Which means you are talking about

8400 events worth of effort for the Witch masks vs 500 events worth of effort for the Abe mask

Man that means you are basically giving him a 17 : 1 trade value ratio

I mean honestly I'd take it just to watch you count out and drop off 400 witch masks :P

Additionally i got the power armor helmet the other day.
According to the Wiki if i drop it on the ground i will learn it as a skin for iirc T45.
Can anyone confirm that?
