Report a translation problem
I use 2 one for vatts and one for power.
One is overeaters,luck,Thru-hiker's,Scanner's for ranged combat.
Other is, 2 overeaters + 3 Troubleshooter's,strenght,Thru-hiker's,Reflective for auto axe
Depending on how much you play (farm legendary mods) you might want to hold on perfecting your armor untill next update.
I Would then try get hands on 2 over eaters and 3 trubbleshooters to start with,then you can do/solo all events/ops/expiditions and be set for raid team.
2* are up to how you set up your perk cards imo, but endurence,strenght,luck would probly be in focus.
3* Again up to perk cards, I like i can free up some cards with run thru-hiker's.
4* theres a lot good one imo. for vatts scannners, for no vatts pin-pointers, Aegis for tanky or reflective for fun ( passive lazyness )
Troubleshooters (only robots are a damage concern)
Strength (melee) or Endurance (survival) or Luck (vats)
Thru-Hikers (saves 5 perk points) or Sentinel/Cavalier (when it works next patch)
Rejuvenators (just huge QoL) or Reflective (50% bonus on your reflective its minor but does help)
PvP
Assassins
Endurance
Thru-Hikers (saves 5 perk points) UNTIL Sentinel/Cavalier (when it works next patch)
Choo-Choo (500 pure damage to players bypasses armour and 110 limit) or Reflective (if doing certain nonsense)
They really can't spare 2 luck for rank 2 Good with Salt?
60% slower spoilage is all you need imo.

You see... I'm not a PA user. Never have, and don't plan to unless it's a raid.
I bet backpacks don't work with power armor on. No wonder you have to sink points into a garbage agility perk. One more reason to hate on PA!
Thru-Hikers 3* mod replaces BOTH travelling pharmacy under strength AND thru-hikers
This gives +3 strength and +2 endurance free to spend on better perks
Endurance is now a MASSIVE one to save points on
Strength is a great one to also save points in
As for backpack mods this allows you to take the 120 backpack as an option or take a weight reduction for other things
Power armour is also getting a sizable buff in the next patch with a +10 strength modifier just for having it (30% melee damage 50 carry weight just for having a frame on)
I do agree saving even 1 point in end or str is big.
Yeah they also only require purified water to craft so are fairly easy to come by (minus module cost naturally)
Stimpacks, radaway, drugs
Stimpacks are heavy AF and you get a metric tonne from things so its handy just for them, for giggles throw it on your build and see your before and after weight and see if its useful to you maxed
Then food, probably not as big now that you have so many sources of food (camp ally, camp producers, 100% freezer in the camp)
