How do I get the recipe for the Tadpole challenge?

There's another thread that says it comes from Graft Mill but I've been there many m,any times and never found or had rewarded it.

took u more than 10 seconds to lord that over rather than type out the response(or better yet, copy/paste your results)

I have read a lot of things online and yet I have not gotten anything. So yea, the last place to try is here.

Take the road down South of Whitespring, you will find the Bear's by the Train Tracks.

Some recipes are learnt when you first pick up the meat. I'm not sure if roast is one of them.

Get some meat, I think most recipes now need 4 (use butchers bounty), and see if the option to craft shows up.

Also might be worth checking your cooking station beforehand with the toggle craftable options, Q and V.

In case you missed it, but the recipe name has changed by the task doesn't reflect that. The recipe now is Tasty Yao Guai Roast, not just Yao Guai Roast

As has been pointed out you need a Tasty Yao Guai Roast recipe to complete the challenge.
(I went to a cooking station and plain Yao Guai Roast isn't unlockable)
Such challenges are easier if you have a Military Cryo Freezer because you need 12 pieces of meat.
That robot at the Whitespring Mall that sells recipes will have the recipe in it's inventory from time to time.
