I can't find a way to exit the game?

For some reason I am completely unable to find any kind of menu with a save and quit button, in fact all I can find about my issue online is joke articles that do not help. The game automatically bonded the Esc key to be jump and space to open my pip-boy, I cannot find anything about someone going through something similar and the actual fix to it. Can anyone help? Or am I forced to possibly lose all my progress via force-quiting the program via task manger?


Edit: Issues been fixed, my menu seems to have just been bugged. No more help needed here. :^)

It didn't the first 10 times I did, I left the game running and just walked off for a bit. Reopened it and it was finally there? Kinda werid, but I'll take it. Felt like a blind man for the past hour trying to find it. Thanks for trying to help, I was just about to come back and edit it to let everyone know it just seemed to be bugged for me.

There is no save. The game auto saves your progress every 5 minutes or when you take specific actions, like quit.

You ought to only need to use a stimpack on another player, you can ask a friend online or a party you've joined for help doing so.

Restart game. Reset keys. Go to map an press Z to get exit. Game autosaves your progress.

Complete nonsense. You figure it out.

Shop is open. Be who you wanna be and shake it to the house groove.
