Mutation perks gone?

It's been ages since I last played.
When I got on yesterday, the game told me that some of my perks were removed.
I couldn't remember what was missing until I started recovering from my various mutations.

Also, legendaries seem to be all a bit different too.
Are the legendaries affixes that were once valued before still good in the game's current state?

I had several weapons with Q/25/25, AA/25/25 etc.
Enclave Plasma, Fixers, Lasers.

Perks got reworked and moved with the dec 3 patch

starched is now under endurance

lots of things got nerfed

You can find a list of all the changes in the patch notes helpfully on the Steam 76 site where you ”play game”. Easier to read because we may miss something.

Perk cards changed. Check yours and move things accordingly via one of those perk change things
