Vulcan power armour helmet

Does the helmet of vulcan power armour set also drop from raid? i did like 20-30 raids i got tons of other partsw but not even one head

Just bad luck. Just do more raids and you'll get it... eventually.

Of course. It's all RNG. The items and plans both. Just roll the dice more... by playing through more raids. Or spamming just the 1st boss over and over (which is faster, but more boring).

This is why you can't trust the RNG.

The helmet seems to be the last thing many players try to get. If RNG was truely fair then the last thing players would be after would vary, it doesn't.

Yes, it does. After running a complete run (After many many many raid runs)......I had the helmet drop after stage 2 and after stage 4 I got the plan for the helmet. That was pure luck...lol! Now,this might not happen exactly for you but, you will get both the helmet and the plans to craft it soon enough.
