Whats you favorite place to loot for scrap? Why?

For me, I know the places when I need somethings ... , there's always a place with plenty of the junk you need ... . Some places are longer to loot, if you want variety of junk ... . Overseer's house, Vault-Tec University, Watoga, BOS outposts are parts of my current farm's route ... .

Pleasant Valley area - tons of tin cans to pull down for Steel and Aluminium, Lead weights, Fuel canisters, lots of Ski gear for wood/fibreglass, massive number of Frag grenades to use or sell, tons of glass bottles as well as many Scorched to kill and loot their gear - Scrapper on. Also, for early-game/low-level or just broke players, tons of apparel (ski suits and hats) inside and around Top of the World to sell for a fair few caps. Also a lot of ammo canisters and aid boxes to be found scattered around.

yeah, Pleasant Valley is nice. It also has a lot of convenient crafting benches for scrapping and chance of quite a lot of plans, mods and recipes. And two vendors and one stash box close by, even.

Components like copper, lead, steel, springs, screws, etc at just as important at level 10 as it is they are at level 300 (if not more so, since you will require more of each to craft/repair endgame gear). This means that any direction you go will be equally enriching. claim workshops to farm needed components while you do so.

Do every main/side quest until youve done them all, with minor diversions to public events like Radiation Rumble, Uranium Fever, Colossal Problem, Scorched Earth.
Once youve hit the terminal endgame, you can solo the nuke silo in a minute and strategically choose where to drop it. Different regions, different flora, different flux.
