Cop a squatter

Anyone else having a problem with Cop a Squatter? My targets appear to be underground in areas where there is no underground areas. Cannot get to them to complete the quest

That has been happening to me at least 50% of the time since the most recent update.

I just ignore that daily. It's been busted for God knows how long.

They'r not spawned, you can't even hit them with floater granades with pass by walls / ground, so yeah, it's spawn point instead of enemy.

They are underground you just are not understanding where to go underground to get to them. Try the Glassed Cavern, it stretches across half the Bog. I love Cop a Squatter, as I complete this quest all the time without having killed anyone, when someone else sweeps them out. I don't understand this Bug but I find it Hilarious.

even if i server hop... the npcs never spawn, broken quest markers.

A good solution that has worked for me each time is to drop a nuke on them.

I had this problem two days ago when at least one mob would not spawn in the Watoga Emergency Services building. So I gave up and continued with my other quests. Then, yesterday, the quest suddenly finished just by itself.

Server spawn issues right now. Probably won't be fixed until later this month. Sometimes you get lucky, but don't count on it.

Leave and rejoin another server which can sometimes change the location and sort it out, though at present even that is kinda iffy, they seem to have messed up quite a few world spawns, and events/dailies with the last update.
