I was permanently banned for no reason (close)

I have been playing for almost 2 years, I have always been a legal player, who always treats my teammates well, who has never used any type of cheating, and they come and ban me without giving me the reasons. They also tell me that it is permanent and irrevocable, a total abuse by bethesda. I've always been his big fan, but this has 100% disappointed me

The perk loadout manager is not prohibited nor will it get you banned. Do not try and rope in legit mods with whatever cheating or duping you did to actually get banned.

There are problems with the anti-cheat system, I was banned for using third-party programs. I do not use a single mod, i have asked which program I have been accused of using. My video card "radeon rx 590" optimizes the graphics options of the games to improve performance, for example ... if this happens, will I get banned? because a vpn, or the rest of the programs that I use as discord, RealTemp does not modify anything in the game, but the answer was this:

"We're unable to provide information on any particular third party program. Our records are confidential and the private property of Bethesda, so they cannot be shared in detail. Our system detected that a program was running that was altering the game files when this account was accessing Fallout 76. This was similar to cheating tools we have seen in the past.

We can verify that when the account was reviewed, signs of it altering the game client by Cheating / Exploiting enabled via the usage of third-party programs were found. This is a violation of our Terms of Service. Due to that the account was banned from Fallout 76 participation.

Please note that we only ban an account, not a player. That is to say, you are still free to play our game, but this account will not be eligible to return. (for real? to be banned again in 2 years? I find it disrespectful to just mention this.) You can create a new account and play on that one, but it will be subject to all the same rules and regulations this one is. It should also be noted, that Fallout 76 doesn't support mod use at this time."

You do know that people used a mod to make hacked/glitched guns including 50.cal? Fallout 4 mods. So not a surprise mods are not accepted.

You used CheatEngine or something similar to it to modify game memory. This does not happen with your AMD optimization software, Discord, RealTemp, or any other legitimate software. As stated earlier, please do not try and rope in legit mods and software as the reason you got banned. You got banned because you cheated. You can whine and cry and say you did nothing wrong, but you are blatantly lying. I developed a cheat menu for Fallout 76 for several months, and got banned multiple times while using it. I can assure you I know their anti-cheat in and out and it does NOT ban for innocent software.

cheaters LIE. innocents dont blame others or try to publicly get support they make a reply to the ban email and get straitened out. perma bans are non negotiable for the very reasons stated in the supposed email, not that anyone would ever edit an email then post it in a game forum to try to get others to support them /sarc but it clearly states user was running a program that acts like a cheat engine. it WAS running and CHANGING the game during the same time the user was logged into the game... thats not accidental thats not ai anti cheat is broken that is not a false positive thats user accoutn flagged for human admin examination, and the human handed out the perma blow from the ban hammer, user argued and asked what exactly, admins stated what exactly, modifying the game files using a third party program whilst logged into the game.

dosent matter what the op or the other banned users say. what matters is the ban wave generates these same topics using the same copy pasta from reddit excuses that they get from a google search. every 6 months. and the tears flow. to anyone reading who is has or thinking about cheating in this game or others... just dont kay? fair play all day is much more fulfilling then using scripts others wrote. thats what separates you from the lower level gamers. you dont need to cheat to have fun.

lets let this topic of tears and false fears sink eh? we all know in another 6 months it will get necroed and the same excuses will be used. maybe with a few names of hardware changed. sub in nvidia experience for amd supre charger etc.

Haha yeah those vac bans. Some people trade with vac banned people on Fallout 76.
Some people also claim to have been vac banned for something they never did.

Trading with a vac banned person on fallout 76 is simply dangerous. Who could say they are not a duper or gonna sell you a hacked item. Yet i see people dealing with vac'd accounts on trade subforum frequently.

The reason you can do it in SP is because it is SP

Online games are different beasts and cheating weight in Fallout 76 would mean unfair advantage over people.

That being said. I killed a guy who was carring 1400 lbs of steel and 300-400s of all the other materials and 10s of fluxes. I have no idea how the guy was sprinting because I equipped all my carry weight perks on bloodied build, joined team so my mutations would work better, and the weight of the scrap was still 800 something after all the checks including the junk weight reducing perk.

I guess they were a cheater and i stole all their scrap. They were mad. Haha

I played over Bethesta.net and I'ts good to know that I'm not the only victim. They also banned me for no reason. They informed me by email and direct closed the ticket. I opened a new Ticket asking for the reason, because I did nothing wrong, and got the same response from "Lawrence". Nothing more after that. Seems they ignore my answer too.

I don't care if some of you guys think we are cheaters/hackers. I don't cry either. I know that I never ever cheated in a game, and Fallout 76 is by far too easy. there is no need to cheat only for idiots.
You'll see if it happens to you too, and who will laugh at the end. My guess is Bethesta.

It's terrifying how many people trust companys termless. What is the reason to trust a company, who only wants your money, more than real life people. You don't know none of both.
We life in crazy times and all these shiny clean companys have only the might over us if we give them the might and money. But a lot of people will never understand this. One of the reasons why we're all deep in this ♥♥♥♥, why so many crap happens in the world. No matter which color, gender, language we have.

For me it's important that people get knowledge of the behavior of Bethesta. People should know how they are under the mercy of Bethesta. A company you pay. A company who don't give a ♥♥♥♥ if they screwed it up again.

There is only one language they understand. Don't give them money anymore, no matter how much you like or want their games.

As for Bethesda. I think people who are not banned will decide themselves whether to give money to Bethesda or not.

As for you. Maybe you can follow your own advice and instead of encouraging others who are in perfectly fine account standing to not pay Beth, not pay it yourself maybe?

Chances are you will be paying Bethesda again. And all the while you tell others their business.
