For my money, the bullion backpack mods that reduces the weight of food or chems are a better deal than the high capacity backpack mod.
Even still, your prob better off going for the resist u need to shore up(energy, rad, or dr) or a refrigerated mod over the big carry weight boost... found I could get better results from -% weight of xxxx items on armor over the backpack mods.
Scorched earth is perhaps your best bet as its the most frequent of the nuke location events and if the queen isn't killed within seconds, people are often blindsided to the adds that appear in that fight downing them.
Correct, it's an either or proposition with any of the backpack mods.
The high capacity backpack reduces your energy and rad resistance. So there is a trade off for hauling that much more stuff.
It's a flat +60 carry(over the backpacks default 60, so 120 total)
Ok steam forums are being bonkers, I did NOT quote that post, but still lol same deal..
Either way ya, the 120 total carry backpack mod no longer reduces your resists, but the tooltip still reports it does.
