Questions about Legendary Perks
I just hit 50 and have the ability for legendary perks, I was going to just do bonus Intelligene for max XP but I'm not sure if I'm wasting it if my Int is already at 15...does it go passed?

Alternate question...whats the best Legendary perk? The lockpick master and "What rads" perks looked great too

Increasing your int above 15 while it would make you smarter with more exp. At level 50, putting a legendary perk card into something you already have at 15 would be less than optimal.

Right now you would be better served by putting points into master infiltrator, what’s rads, or in to raising one of your other specials. Being able to take an extra 5 points (once you get enough coins) and slot 5 more cards worth in Int, Luck, agility, would make you more powerful.

all stats can go to insane values if u want, and it has effect on whichever that stat affects(IE more strength will add carry weight, melee damage, etc, even beyond 15) BUT you can only slot special cards/perks to a max of 15. So typically u would shift your special stats around (other than str if u were melee for example) - and yes, higher int(as high as u want) will improve xp gain...

you see if you pick the INT one you can decrease your int so you will have one extra point to place anywhere, that's what we do, never use a legendary card if you already have 15 in a special and you dont plan on decreasing it

the best legendary perk depends on your build, lockpick master is a QOL perk, if you already have a build and can pick it up than do it, but I do not recommend you start with it when you can simply remove some card to have the hability to lockpick/hack and than go back to your build
