What's it worth? I have one and don't know if I should sell

3.85% drop from the event, you can get multiple; the skin itself does not prevent sale, drop, or scrip.

It will have greater value the further/closer we are from the next Equinox. As seasonal events end the extra drops get distributed and sold via the natural course of player trading, making the plans very cheap to start and more expensive as they become more scarce; additionally the panic that the seasonal event might not return is also factor (not that it should be).

So sit on it and pay attention to the seasonal events if you want a good price; assuming it doesn't drop from other events such as Mole Miner Pails or Mutated Party Packs, of course.
