Where is the most likely locations for death claw eggs

Deathclaw Island and Hopewell (I think it's the name) cave are where I've reliably found them.

Death claw Island is my go to, but that is only reliable on your own server, in public it is likely to be picked over.

There is an instanced location if you've done the Vault 63 quest line.
The security office where you meet Oberlin has one on display on a shelf.
Fast travel to the atrium.

The two Deathclaw nests have a good chance of spawning an egg.

I got mine for yesterdays challenge at Deathclaw Island. Wasn't any at first, just a dead deathclaw so I server hopped and a deathclaw popped up and then there was an egg in the nest. Be warned that the eggs are movable and susceptible to physics and if you throw a grenade at the deathclaw you could blow the egg somewhere you won't be able to find it. At that enclave research facility that is at the radio tower by tyler county fairgrounds you can find one in a display or containment case I think. Pretty sure I got one there last time it was a challenge.

At the monorail lift, take the life to the second floor or top if you have power armour. There's a utility room sticking out halfway. You need to get onto that roof. Follow the roof round. On that roof there's an egg on a blanket with an alien toy looking like he's going to eat it. May need a server hope. It took me one hop.
