Anti-stagger Perk

There should be a perk in the game that mitigates/makes you immune to stagger based on strength, similarly to other perks like limb damage reduction. I know you have the pneumatic mod for armor and Joey Bello for his companion perk, but for those of us who refuse to use power armor and love to shove auto axes into things this kind of perk would be amazing.

yao guai stagger the crap out of power armor in the series and the series is cannon now so devs are in a pickle.

I would say try Liquid Courage since there is no perks for it. It can be made in the game

Have no problems being staggered or killed by explosions ever since switching to PA.

Ghouls will have an anti stagger perk when you have glow (radiation). It's a weird design choice as Ghouls aren't exactly strong (it's because of the TV show and how it stuffed up Ghoul lore).

But shouldn't auto axe have a downside? Can't all be rip and tear.

Serendipity under Luck is not bad, gives a chance to avoid damage at low health but it doesn't work with PA. Not sure if it's been nerfed or not, been a while since I used it.

Back when I used a bloodied build I always had it on, it even saved me from being killed by falling damage quite a few times.

Also the Evasive perk under Agility is worth having on if you're not going with PA.

I havent tried this because its deleted and I don't want to get banned. But maybe someone else can that gets tired of being completely frozen for 2 seconds when they get attacked to the point of rage uninstalling

Best perk in the game FREE just for being a Ghoul! Makes zero sense on a Ghoul and 1000% sense on a super mutant but that doesn't sell amazon tee-shirts does it?
