Game Freezes at Sign-in & Task manager won't open

I've been struggling to sign into FO76 as of lately, I would say it started roughly 2 weeks ago, I though validating my files would be fine, as I thought that was the reason to then having it work, but now it won't even let me continue after I do the prompt "Press any button to continue".

Every time I do this, it'll load for a few seconds and then just freeze; the animation, loading particle, etc would just not move anymore and whenever I try to open task manager it comes to a complete black screen. Now, I can still hear music, but my cursor is no longer visible and I am not also able to tab out. I've tried to blindly close FO76 by memory of the line-up in task manager but that's pretty risky so I don't do that anymore.

I've just updated my graphics cards and again, validated my files. Tried twice in the last 20 minutes to find out that it still won't go passed that part of the screen.

I'm just about at the point to uninstall the game if I can't play it.

Before starting the game ctrl-alt-delete to task manager and options, tick always on top.

When the game stops responding (and it will) you can end process through task manager.

You just have to keep ending the app until it works, sometimes can take 6 or more attempts.

First, open task manager, there is an option to mark (empty in standard) to always open task manager no matter what you have running, search for it and mark it. Second, go to mydocuments/my games/fallout76, and delete all .ini.

Try to run the game again.
