You cant change Daphne's clothes, no, they don't want people taking her clothes off and having a child character in their underwear, and rightly so.

that was a plan bought by gold bullion I presume, once you purchase her in the bundle you will have access to her and her balloons on any new character you create.

That was the first thing I heard on the forums by every teenage guy when she came out. Why can't I make her naked. #2 was -How come all the players have underwear on when we all take our clothes off. Classie bunch of humans. Glad I'm a mole- hair all the time everywhere.But I would like some clean undies for my girls. 4 and a half years of running up and down every river on the map and they are still dirty.
