I met a random player vendor with 6 pepper shaker plans yesterday, (was the only one i saw from meat week last year selling them), at 12k each, not bad price.

Just server hop until find someone, problem is the plans out of vendor machine will cost you more, a lot more, the ideal will be someone makes you one.

FYI peppershaker is a very weak weapon, that tends to burn ammo pretty quick because of its low damage... it shines in TWO scenarios... quick crippling things with 16x2 hits per shot and PvP landing poison on other players with the same for ~400 per tick

As Phantom mentioned, the peppershaker is weak...more of a novelty. Good however is subjective. Damage, no. Ability to apply crippling effects, yes. Overall, a very situational tool.

Yea the damage is good on the weapon. The biggest issue is the small magazine size. If it had 500 or even 200 it would have been a great weapon. With just 50, you're looking at a reload animation far too often for it to be fun to use. Bit of a let down. But damage wise there's nothing wrong with the weapon.

I have a Quad that is fun to play with occasionally. Magazine size is the biggest gripe I have with the peppershaker
