are you doing it right? you have to use the pylons to remove it's stealth shields then to fight it. Using the pylons will drain your health when you use them.

is this the one with the brotherhood questline inside the dungeon

or the one on the worldmap

because the worldmap one you'll probably get swarmed with other players

thus I assume it the quest one?

Well if it's the quest one that's easy - just stand on the crate things where she can't reach you (from memory there's some crates or some box type things in that room) and pewpew her down at your leisure.

I believe it's solo only. You should maybe leave to go level up more and get better weapons and armor.

You can't cripple it and just have to muscle through. Because of that it's been and I would also suggest to level up elsewhere and come back (even if over 50 for some extra legendary perks).

However..., this quest can bug if you leave with the calendar door Aries opens no longer opening. As far as I'm aware there are no workarounds if that happens.

Thankfully that useless Ramani character doesn't follow you around too much during the sheepsquatch activity, so I remember just stealth dropping nuke and plasma mines on the thing and leaping back and forth over the huge generator platform to keep it between me and the sheep's laser. You can try hit-and-runs with a gun, a black power rifle may be most useful in this situation.
