Access card(s) for Polly's body. Where/how to get them?

Sol & Polly are back @ Wayward & Polly's head is on a jar. Nobody gives me a card to access the robot shop. I've tried each conversation I can with Polly & Sol, but no card. HOW do I get that card or get entry into the shop? Is this a glitch that needs a patch?

I have done that quest on three different characters with no issues at all. From memory you need to speak to Duchess to continue the quest and then Sol is the one that gives you the card, so just make sure you have exhausted all conversation options. If as you say you have tried all dialog, then it may be a bug.

Certain quests can have problems from time to time. Don't ever recall anything regarding this one though. Maybe try logging out and back in and see if it will progress.

If I recall, Duchess will tell you that Sol has more information for you and he will give you the card. I had no problem with the quest.

i dont get that card either,inaccessible Door and no function on the Cardreader..

There is a lvl you need to use the card also , i ran into that issue on a new player .
Tryed to enter at lvl 15 and no go , waited till lvl 20 and was able .
As for the card never knew you could lose it or dump it...

A game restart worked for me. Hope it does for you too.

The first time I played through the story there were no problems, but the second time I did it this same thing happened. As others have said above, just logging out and back in fixed it for me. This also happened on some of the other story quests that require keycard access for certain areas.
