Ultracite power armor calibrated shocks mod/plan
Anybody have this in thier vendor anywhere? i am having zero luck finding it.

thats one of the rarest plans in the game. Fought the queen so many damn times, never drops.

Exceedingly rare plan.

The mod does not exist as a stand alone.

You may find someone who has found the plan who will mod your legs for you.

I gave up and put calibrated x-01 legs on my ultracite armor. it gave me 100 more pounds of carry weight and i only lost 7 points in energy resists. good trade off for me.
