What happened to the Emotes?

So I've spent 2 hours online looking for help on an issue I have. Now I managed to complete the two previous scoreboards on my account however due to a windows corruption I had to reinstall last month and I just discovered any emotes I had have suddenly vanished. I know how to expand the subsection of each emote yes and a good example is that I had the monthman dance and suddenly I dont.

I literally gave up online as anything I found was bolted and locked by Bethesda and other sites as if this topic is a curse if brought up but I want to see if anyone else knows how to fix this issue or if anyone else has it because if this not a bug and that reinstalling the game means you loose emotes then I understand fully there still is no support staff of Bethesda for this game since they abandoned it after launch (Grumblegrumblegrumble)

Enable them again in Atom Shop.
For some reason sometimes they are being reset to the default setup of emotes. Pretty annoying, yeah, but you still own those you've got already.

Im really pissed that i missed the Mothdance emote, i normaly never buy anything in ingame shops, but with the 3k points i got for just playing the game that would be an instant buy, that emote is just too funny to no have it.

I want to thank you mister Dragon again from last night, I managed to locate the emotes I had and went to the event going on and I got to tell ya, while there were some jokers there, alot of us communicated via emotes that night and I had such a blast! We all greeted each other with different "hello" emotes and even showed what weapons we were using via other emotes, even two chads used the Grok' Battleaxe emote for their melee setups :D

a similar problem happens with icons and lootbags
like Exhausted Dragon said= reactivate them in the atom shop
suddenly missing emotes or having the standard vaultboy icon or dropping a paper bag is a sign to recheck in the atom shop
