I doubt Bethesda bans people for using Uny PA, since people with other hacked items freely roam around in game. Spotting a hacked weapon (for example, a Cryolator with a minigun barrel and a laser rifle beam splitter) is one thing, but how can you know for certain that a player is wearing hacked armor?
I keep being told this.
Either people are dropping weird, rando unyielding t45 and raider power armor at events on legendaries I've killed or something isn't working right; got another random drop piece this last week. Certain users believe it absolutely won't drop, and according to the Beth's update notes it doesn't happen, either, so it's led me to run full diagnostics on my rig jic it's *somehow* on my end (it's not).
So if you run into it as a drop, I think it's best to consider it a broken/glitched or hacked item and script it. Likewise, if someone else has it, don't automatically assume they're a Hack. They could easily have picked it up or received it from another player; not being a PA user I don't worry about this too much, but if you are it's something worthy of consideration I guess.
How does an unyielding set of power armour cause the server to struggle?

i wonder what effect people use in pvp, like human damage reduction?
That being said if you use it in pvp you're a lowlife, but no one really cares if you're using it in a pve setting. I obviously wouldn't advert it to all you're using it as you're likely to get reports and Bethesda may take action against you.
That being said, it hasn't been touched since it has been out, so I don't think Bethesda has it as a priority to be fixed and I honestly don't think they have the ability to remove it entirely.
@Duckyyy
I thought the PA stacking exploit was fixed, or is it a new technique?
you could Roll them on the test server at one time , But after seeing how OP they could be Beth took them out of the loot pool
When power Armour frames start to randomly appear as they have again at Whitesprings ect I think someones duping.
