They changed the drop rate for keycards?

I didnt notice but I was up to 300 keycards and started selling them off by putting 50 at a time on my vending machine as I dont use them. I only launched a nuke once and never got the achievement for it, never learned the glitch to glitch through the wall to the end to avoid dungeon crawling so I said screw it not going to waste the time and ammo to solo it again.

I drop them in donation boxes. Usually 10 or 20 at a go. They are very easy to get.

I enjoy taking down the card bot and its 3 escorts. I seem to see the nuke card bots flying around basically everywhere i go.

Same here, I like to take a few pot shots at them to turn them red so I can use vats to target them then I switch to my cremator one hit each takes them out. Thats why I am wondering because I just keep getting more and more cards but I have a bad habit of looting everything.
