Sorry, that was too easy and obvious to not go there.
No single thing fixed would make a huge difference for me, simple as.
-The sticking upper left buffs and found/awarded items notification box.
If you dare teleport away while one of those notifications is loading the stupid thing gets stuck on your screen till you reload whole game. Then you have no idea what you've picked up or if you just learned a lego plan etc.
-MMB randomly triggers and opens the weapons wheel. Make it stop! Let me unbind MMB from weapons wheel thanks.
Every aspect of the game loading from starting, ending, Fast travel, etc. May it be PERFECT and never crash or get suck in a load or boot loop. Fast and efficient.
I've had times where I've seen an Event and FT to it only for the loading to take long while getting in game and FT other times is fast.
I don't loot all and mostly just want ammo from drops. If the stack amount is <5 the game has you pick them up one by one.
If all ammo was set to drop in values >5 the issue is resolved without major changes to other game systems.

For instance in the foundation daily or the new caravan convo. But it's everywhere.
Oh yeah and silence robots. They're annoying af.
Adding to what Mooman said above, I wish area looting had categories like weapons, aid, junk, ammo etc. And you could chose to take all from that category. As looting ammo in amount less than 5 is a real PITA. Or also make ammo drop in amounts >5.
Trying to loot ammo individually is so tedious and time consuming i usually don't even bother. I also do not want to pick up all to "save time" and then need to spend extra time dropping all the things i did not want like regular weapons and armour for example
