Question about treasury notes?

I've read that a player can exchange treasury notes for gold bullion from a gold press machine and I have 17 treasury notes but I can't exchange any of my treasury notes am I doing something wrong or is it a bug?

Menu defaults to new. Switch to misc where the treasury notes are stored.

I have some MOLE BONDS, there as good as Crypto. Well can't use that here either but soon-just trust me on this one. Just give me your caps and I will hold them in the MOLE BANK and give you 300 Carrots to hold -Mole Bonds kinda look like Carrots so players don't steal them. Ignore my post it was my mistake I was looking on the new tab and not the Misc tab that is why the notes were not showing up I've found the answer by myself thanks anyway.
