"Legandary Wedding ring"?

Is this a bugged item? It appiers to be a 2-star but you cant craft it legandary NOR are some of those effects actually known legandary effects.

Did i miss something?

Cast it into the fires of fissure site prime. It's hacked from a long time back and shouldn't be in the game

The Past will always come back to haunt you. Did you see any Captains hats or Pirate hats in there hahahaha. Player selling this old stuff know it is hacked-either from a old toon or things have broken again with all the updates.

Got it followinng Gollum into lava, easy with an Excav armor.
