"Gathering Clouds" quest not startin. Possible solution (SPOILER WARNING).

I know some others have this issue too, so i thought i should share my solution.

I recordnized that "The Powerhouse of the Cell" did not finish properly, so i returned to Vault 63 and talked to "James Oberlin" again.
That NPC still expected me to finish his quest.
So i returned to "Shining Creek Cavern" and talked to "Hilda" again.
That NPC still expected me to bring her some shrooms.

I recordnized that i have no quest markers, so i used this wiki article to finish the quest:

It was a bit funny cause without markers i couldnt find s*it in that Vault (includin the trippy stuffs wasnt helpful), but after some time i did it and finished the quest.
Theres only 1 thing that was rly kinda weird to figure:
"Eliminate the Lost in this room, and place the final serum in the serum administrator."

That thing is located to the right of that huge glass window.

Once i finished that, i just talked to "James Oberlin" again and the quest was finished.
Right after this the nxt quest "Double-Crossed Wires" started as it should.
Least that fixed it for me.
I think maybe this was caused by leavin the cave, where the quest took place in a wrong way.
Like teleportin out or smthn.

Hope this will help some ppls out.
