I don’t think it’s all that rare. It would probably end up in my vendor for 15 or 20c but you can have it if we can link up on PC.

I doubt it's the recipe they want.
One of the ingredients takes some work to get
3 boiled water
3 wood
3 corn
2 razorgrain
and 1 Wendigo collossus sac.
I'm working on building up a stockpile.
I have 3 at the moment from doing a Collossal problem and looting the sac at the end.
...as an aside I've only seen one wendigo colossus spawn as a random encounter in other nuke zones and I was level 50 in a hazmat suit so ran away.
Also it may have been a scoreboard reward at some time IIRC.

I used to keep around 50 in my stash, with all the nukes at the mine it was easy to get and make. I would sell it for 500 caps over a year ago. Now it's way up there last time I saw one in a player Vendors. Not enough players nuking Earl lately.

I don't know if you've noticed but Liquid Courage is an ingredient for first star Assassin's legendary mod box (affects damage to and from humans). Maybe PvP players might want them. Also I've seen more nukes on the mine lately. Probably to get the sac.

Yep, that was the second plan I got and noticed that but all my players have a full set of Assassins Armour and one each of their favorite weapons. It's not for PVP, Assassins works wonders with any Human class-chops down raiders and blood eagles, cultiists like a hot knife through butter.
