What you are probably missing is that the first caravan, as part of the quest gives you a larger reward to get you started. Any of the caravans you start after the initial quest are 10/25/50 supplies (1/3/5 for helping… unless you also have a caravan active, in which case you get 10/25/50 for the one(s) you help on as well.

Easy one: 10, middle: 20/25?; harder one: 50. participant: 10% of the choosen difficulty.

Seems right. And yeah, that's the numbers.

The initial 100 that you obtained from finishing the side quest to unlock caravan is one time bonus.

What you're missing is that in only takes roughly 5000 supplies to upgrade everything. So, about 100 runs assuming you don't get any bonus for helping others and only run one per day. There's not a lot to the system and only a couple vendors to unlock and their usefulness is limited by your priorities.

Might be right. But I think I a problem here after several run helping and doing my own...
If it's true, please everyone: run your own caravan first before helping anyone else. If you start your own caravan but then tend others, regardless if there's anyone run it, the route somehow increased literaly, up to the point you run the whole Skyline Valley and no end at all. I help player A caravan, but they're nowhere, instead I notice that they help caravan B, and B is on caravan A. What happened is we run roundabout the whole Skyline Valley. Difference when A tend their own caravan, the route is seems set and there's end line.
I know everyone want to get supplies quick, but this method is like punishment for exploiter.

I don’t think it’s the running multiple caravans that causes the endless loop bug.

The point in running caravans other than your own is that you can get full rewards from completing someone else’s while yours is active.

Sometimes, toes get stepped on, but the most efficient tag-teaming goes like this:

Players 1, 2 and 3 start caravans. Everyone runs Player 1’s. When that is done, Players 2 and 3 start Player 2s while Player 1 launches another one. After launching, Player 1 joins and finishes Player 2’s.

When Player 2’s is complete, Players 1 and 3 go start Player 3’s while Player 2 launches another- who then joins and helps finish Player 3’s.

When Player 3’s is finished, he launches another while Players 1 and 2 start Player 1’s new one, and then joins them to repeat the cycle.

When a team gets the rhythm down, you can net 150 supplies every 15-20 minutes, and only have to pay for 1/3 of your caravans.

I can't imagine the maddening and boring experience a new player would have with this.
Because it cost thousands of caps to get the highest output of supplies and the amount of ammo to complete this is enormous. :kasyrraSad:

I'm confused. But seems what we experience is different. I think more test run needed.

Boring it is, but the reason is to have a steady walk, not rushing.
Also, it to be played sprangly, not doing it continously. There's some kind of cool down time where the cost to make a caravan run will be reduced. for the big one is about 10 hours, which after that time, the cost is only 200 caps for 50 supplies if success. the middle one is up to 4/5 hours, and at no cost infact for 20/25 supplies (i forgot the number is), and the low one is 0 once per hour for 10.

What do you get for all those supplies when you have all the traders and Brahmin maxed out? What is the loot besides that crappy carbine?
Wack-A-Mole MLRS 25 września 2024 o 10:36
Self satisfaction of helping humanity. Guess you forgot all about that while your trying to become rich and famous. It's ok-this has happened before and that's why the Bombs dropped.

It’s easy to test and figure out for yourself.

Next time you’re playing, as soon as you get the notice that someone started a caravan, check the map and wait for a player dot to show up on the cow head icon. Wait about 30-60 seconds to confirm that they’ve started it (you’ll see that their dot is still with the cow, but it has moved a bit).

Then go to Milepost 0 and through the dialog to launch your own caravan. Go into your map and, instead of joining your caravan, join the one you saw already running. Finish it. You’ll get the full rewards for it as long as your caravan icon is still available on the map. You may only get 10 or 25 supplies (if they started a small or medium caravan) but, either way, it WILL be more than the 1/3/5 you would get for helping without your own caravan running.

Then, as soon at their caravan is done, go join your own and run it.

It works 100% of the time (that the caravans work).
