Confirming here, it works like after 1 to 5 nades only if rngesus want.

Drop them on the ground, then pick them up; then throw them.

Known bug, no timeline for fix yet.

the recent update was more for Job Security, than keeping people happy, look at all the new time they get paid for, just to fix issues they caused.

Seems almost every update makes the game less enjoyable!
