why most people wont take part in it because it is a popularity contest, no different than any other competition. In racing you have the local favorite that will be given every allowance to win a race while placing marks against the out of town competition to ensure they dont win, to car shows where the local favorites gets the win while everyone else doesnt.

Its what competitions have become today, a popularity contest.

someone has to submit a best camp build, and have their camp be public. It will show up with a blue ribbon around the icon and you can click on it to preview their build
