Very helpful.
IDK about anyone else but the list of items needed to craft it if the plans are learned were online a few days ago.
I Bolded the effects I want/need for each character so I can get the mats I need.
If I end up getting an effect I don't want, I'll sell or make it I guess.

From what I've read and others poking around and the PTS, it likely is mostly correct.
Plans are one thing but then needing materials for just ONE......
Mutant's mod is one that I like the most which is a 1 Star while others like
Arm's Keeper, Belted, and Thru-Hiker are 3 stars
Weapon, Ammo, and Food, Drink, Chem weight reduction respectively.
I prefer to have more perk slots/points open than I full set of say Overeater's.
Tues will be here before we know it but given the Maintenance it's going to be a big change.
Or, well, rather, thanks for being the guinea pigs!
useful
Of course the game should give you all that in game.
Drugs aren't to hard to come by, vendors or static spawns will make them easy
Serums are stupid easy for people to come by, worst case you can buy them from modus
Bobbleheads are difficult, but you will have stamps to buy a random one, you can randomly encounter them in the world, with a few that have static fixed spawn locations that always spawn a certain bobblehead... and the milepost zero guy is supposed to sell bobbleheads too (plus maybe a camp ally does... I know one sells magazines)
everything else is easy to obtain
Caps bobble is going from unwanted to very wanted.
