The only difference between the base game and the deluxe game are skins. All game content is included in the base game.

cosmetics thats what you get, things to wear things to build in your base camp.
pay once get ALL story content updates and other additional things they have added to the game. pay EXTRA if you want to role play with paid for exclusive cosmetics.
is it worth it to you? how the hell would we know what YOU think is worth extra?
im not a huge brotherhood of steel follower, i have many bos items to build as well as cosmetic suits to wear. i didnt opt in for the brotherhood deluxe package. its worth it usd wise compared to item bundles in the atom shop. or compared to individual similar items.
there are multiple themed bundles in the atom shop. and assorted single items to go with , as well as all kinds of other items to enhance your camp or characters look.

really the store page does a great description of the package. theres not much more to say. its not dlc or quest/story/quality of life content. game always will be fully free after the first purchase anything else is optional and extra like the premium service that gets a ton of exclusives free atoms to spend in the atom shop and extras in game to make things a but smoother to travel and manage your inventory. its a premium service that is optional not every one needs 16.50 usd of atoms and a page and a half of cosmetics and a 8 slot private server, so many do not use that service and mage the inventory and game play fine without it, liek me played since launch and never needed anything extra to fully enjoy myself.

Brotherhood of Steel Scouting Tower – Its a prefab structure for your camp. Prefabs are good because they take less camp budget for a larger structure and they protect anything inside so if something attacks your camp the prefab going down first will preserve the items inside. That said I liked the scouting tower but its whether you want it in your camp. Its one of the bigger prefabs and theres 3 levels.

Brotherhood of Steel Barricade – Looks nice as decor, otherwise useless but its cosmetic.
Brotherhood Tactical Field Pack – Cosmetic skin for your bagpack.
Brotherhood Barracks Locker – Cosmetic skin for your stash.
Brotherhood Reclaimed Power Armor Paint – Cosmetic camo for power armor

Brotherhood of Steel Scouting Tower + unique door quite unique "prefab building", also at that moment bigest prefab avaible to players. If someone dont want to build "houses/bases/etc" but just want to create some "fast camp" that prefab is very good -just put it down, drop all usual junk inside(bed+instrument, crafting station, boosting stuff), and your done
Also building that big structure cost you almost NOTHING (new players dont know "enjoyment" of farming concrete to build some bigger/solid base)

Brotherhood of Steel Salute emote, BoS themed "Hello/Wave emote" not bad but also not important (i sort of like sound effect on that one)

Brotherhood of Steel Barricade its actually nice looking "baricade", and game lack in that department (most stuff of that type is "raider themed")

Brotherhood Tactical Field Pack very unique looking backpack, in fact it look way more like military backpack radio... (btw its not craftable on new accounts, you need to learn first how to craft backpacks), there was similiarish looking backpack in Season 3 rewards (K.D. Inkwell's Chronotron backpack, no longer obtainable in game)

Brotherhood Barracks Locker that is a "stash" skin, its quite nice looking BUT stash have like one of biggest amount of skin avaible from all items build in camp (and some are quite unique - likee "meat bag" or "communist safe")

for first there is ONE other BoS themed power armor skin in game -but its V E R Y hard to get (reward for "technical data quests" - with very low chacnes to get plans)

For second: while bundled BoS paint -actualy have included skin for T-65 (curently best "end-game power armor) it is "armor based paint" that means, you will be NOT ABLE to apply that paint to new incoming power armor (Hellcat power armor)

Also i personally DONT LIKE "separate paints" :p, im instead fan of "single look skins, that you can apply on ALL power armors"

Bundle WILL leave the game with start of next update "Steel Reign" (close to end of July)-and most likely some new bundle will appear instead (like before with Raider/Settlers DLC)

New (casual) players: not really (you cant even craft backpack, and forget about power armors)
BoS fans: yes it it is worth it, esp if you want BoS armor skins (to put on PA display in your BoS themed CAMP ;D)
Collectors: it is worth it at present discount, its like last calls to get that bundle, before it leaves the steam! (with possible later hiting Atomic Store)
In general its worth mostly if someone want to utilise BoS tower (most unique part of that bundle)
Worth to get ONLY with DISCOUNT!!!

you seem to be wanting to hear answers that are different then the ones already posted.

this is how it breaks down.
the game is titled : Fallout 76 : Steel Dawn.
couple months back it was titled : Fallout 76 : Wastelanders.
the current content theme is the sub name and the base game is fallout 76.
if you buy the base game, you get the full game experience. all story content has been and will be added to the game in future updates free of charge.

ANY extra content. is EXTRA. NONE of the extra content has any bearing to the game or story it is all THEMED COSMETICS.
so no you wont be buying a themed bundle of a factions stuff then get all future faction bundles for free. there are no season passes. no battle passes, when we say seasons we mean SEASONS, of which there are four each year. and refer to the Scoreboard daily challenge game board that refreshes every 3 to 4 months.
thats another thing they added to fill the space between story content drops.
the devs called them Seasons, which youtubers twisted it to make it seem as if you had to pay for a battlepass to play the game... complete fabrication for clickbait videos... but thats not relevant here really.
other games offer all kinds of "passes/editions/packages" most of those do allow future releases to be added to your game but it aint for free. youve paid for it in advance. and most only go for a period maybe 6 months maybe a year maybe 3 months and you need to buy another pass to get the new stuff as it comes out.
fallout 76 is different. you only pay for the game and IF you want cosmetic extras they have some themed bundles for factions, as well as an atom shop full of stuff if you want to play dress up with your digital dolls.

once you buy the base fallout 76 game. you get all the
fallout 76: wild appalachia/wastelanders/steel dawn etc content with it because its part of the base game. there are no passes. deluxe just means you pay extra for the large cosmetics bundled with the base game. Fallout 76 : The Game will always add new story, quality of life, additional locations weapons armors etc to the base game. forever.
its the extra cosmetics that have an extra cost.

Deluxe version is like mentioned on steam store "base game + Brotherhood recruitment bundle" (that i put review above)
in fact it dont even include Fallout 1st sub (that i think Bethesda should include in Deluxe version, for at least that one month of sub)

New player will get way more out off game if it get "base game + month of sub
with sub you have access to "scrapbox (infinite crafting resource storage) + "tent" you can put down at any spot (works liek mobile storage + teleport point)

meanwhile BoS recruitment bundle is "mostly" cosmetic, of "middle-late" game stuff (like backpack and PA skins)

I guess I will just pick up the base game for now. It does not sound that its worth the extra money since its just cosmetics items. I just wanted to make sure that I was not missing out on content or over powered items that would help you with the game. Thanks
