Hellcat Jetpack still available?
It's 2024 and I can't find any vendor that sells the jetpack for Hellcat PA. Been to Mortimer, Regs and Samuel, and server-hopped several times, but no luck. Is this plan still available?

I just checked while I was looking for things to spend gold bullion on and all three had the plan. (My character is allied with both Foundation and Raiders)
Plan: Hellcat Jet Pack - 3000 gold bullion

It sold in all those vendors you mention.
Advise: double check again, and if still not present, raise the issue to CS, don't forget to screenshot your crafting build and all related vendors.
