Nude Responder lady

Nude Responder lady right out in front of Whitespring main entrance after (she was) fighting something right after I joined the area, thought was PC but then guards did not attack her after, so I knew must be NPC, lol.

How does this happen that NPC lost their clothing?

cotton looses it's strength when exposed to radiation. At least, that's what I told the judge

Super old school Bethesda game NPC AI bug, used to happen in Oblivion, still happening lol

It happens when the NPC senses danger/combat.... "search for weapon, equip best weapon, equip best armor" routine

Either that or it's done on purpose

This happens occasionally, server lag or something like that.

Seen it happen at Whitesprings a couple of times. But my CAMP ally is nude about 30% of the time, as is Betty the Ghoul when I go to Nuka World on Tour (yuck).

Wonder if it has more to do with the load times from my HDD because my internet is very fast.

There is also Gunther Jenkins, he's the naked cowboy ghoul in Nuka World on Tour almost every time I'm there.. this happens a lot with ghouls, they can't keep their clothes on... or their skin on for that matter... they lose their noses all the time, so I guess why care about clothes.

I am pretty sure by "nude" you mean "underwear."

There are no fully nude textures.

Yes underwear is what is shown when NPC loses clothing, unless you patch the game.

Switched server and could not find or make this happen again,

took many screenshots cuz she was pretty hawt, just a random chance to be hawt as well I suppose.

I have my suspicions about B doing this on purpose sometimes or maybe some crafty programmer just slipped it in there, no pun intended, without B even knowing.
Well how about the ppl that maintain this game could also slip it in there for fun, seems like something I might do if working that job...

i like it now and then when logging into game and everything loads slow, objects just taking their time downloading a few objs at a time. Doesnt make any diff to have fast bandwidth or pc. It just happends. Cable suks for that since everyone in my neighborhood shares the same bandwidth.

If it turns your crank you can make commander dugute in her dirty cotton underwear its really quite simple just removing all apparel leaves her in her underwear for a while. I think it switched back to her default spacesuit after a while though.

man, once i saw a dead NPC in their undies laying down, and i saw how absolutely rankyraunchyraw the grooves in their underparts are, and i have not been attracted to Fallout NPCs in their undies ever since
