Side Quest: Wasted on Nukashine

Hey there! I'm having issues completing this quest. I am supposed to find a bottle of Nukashine right at the terminal, but there is no bottle. (I gave up and looked up a walkthrough). I've tried visiting on multiple days and at different times to load it back, but nothing is working.
Does anyone know how to reset this or anything?

Check your inventory for "Vintage Nukashine". You may have picked it up.

If that doesn't work, try resetting your global loot pool by picking up at least 256 items. The easiest place to do this is at Summersville. The first house you see when you fast travel there has 200+ burnt books.

If that doesn't work, try buying some Vintage Nukashine from a player. Install the chat mod from the Nexus if you want to improve your odds of finding someone who will sell.
