Don't know the exact time, but pretty sure the maintenance will be within the next few hours, a bit before whenever the daily reset would happen.

The new season starts when the game comes back online from the update.

Game goes down in approximately 90 minutes.

No, it should have already started with the update. The servers should come back in around 2-4 hours... if they do it correctly.
