Legendary Mods disappearing

Anyone else having a problem with Legendary Mods showing up as you scrap Legendary items only to have them vanish when you look for them in your inventory? This has happened at least three times to me already.

Are you sure those weren't legendary modules instead of mods? Legendary modules are stored under Junk-tab and if you use "stash all" quick key they get transferred to your stash. Legendary mods are under Mods-tab.

You get both legendary modules or the plan to craft them from scrapping legendary items. So if the legendary mod is not under the mod tab then it may have been the plan you learnt instead. Go to a tinkers bench and check if you now know any new ones under the legendary modules section.

u do not get modules from scrapping, only scrip...

U get legendary mod boxes @ 1.5% chance or so, but u also can learn legendary box mod plans AND plans for NORMAL mods, all of which will show up in the same area(with same sound) when u get one or unlock a plan. Are u 1000% sure it was NOT one of those events u noticed and not a mod box drop?

They were Legendary Boxes/Mods/whatever they call these new damn things now. They were shaped like boxes with at least one or more stars on them. They appeared as I scrapped Legendary weapons/armor/items and then disappeared when I looked (multiple times) for them in my carry on stash and my CAMP stash.

You learned the recipe to make the mod, you didnt receive the mod.

I just had this happen to me, 6-7 legendary mods just disapearing from inventory.
Did you ever find solution ?

TTBOMK this was only if you use a scrapkit to do it and then yeah it wipes them all

First, Thanks for the reply.
Guess the bugg is spreadig, I never used a scrap kit.
After a few Raid run I scrapped the weapon drops from the Raid at the Tinkers bench, and wanted to put the Legendary mods in my Stash box , but there was no legendary mods to put in.
