x5 Overeaters (best PvE armour choice for PA / non unyielding+bloodied synergists)
x5 +2 endurance (best in slow for not int min/max)
x5 Sentinel (assuming its fixed, currently you take full damage as if you were naked if it fails to proc, and reduced damage as if it works when it does)
x5 Tankers (+1000 dr/en to self 10s with 20s cooldown so 50% of the time) OR x5 Aegis (250 dr/en for you and team 100 elemental resists for all) - one gives you massive resistances, yeah it suffers from heavy diminishing returns, but those numbers are so high it is still effective... the other gives you minor resistances but shares them for the team (doesn't stack from additional sources... so ideally you are tanky and a teammate is running aegis)
Jetpack is the better choice, but you can take a defensive chest part
Helmet is vats accuracy
Using this you can push into 2500 armour which while taking massive diminshing returns above 300 is still massive enough to actually render damage moot while its there
IF sentinel isn't fixed (mixed reviews from the testers, then no good 3* effect exists, so QoL weight carry is probably best)
Empath mutation, WITH an empath serum used [to negate penalty] for you and at least one other teammate another 1/3rd % of incoming damage reduced this way)
EVEN with this PTS players can't tank the first boss shooting them solo they still need to duck and weave
You can 'tank' anything if you keep healing.
I saw that the last snake boss has several attack methods one of which is considered poison so players might be getting as much poison resistance as possible if they can't dodge the spray or end up standing in a puddle.
