I keep seeing players in some nurses outfit

Different color nurse outfits and hats spawn in Fort Defiance, they are random and some colors are quite rare.

For Rip Darring, His Nurse/Associate Costume Came out in the Atomic Shop. "Guinevere's Nurse Outfit" and came with "Guinever's Nurse Hat" The Outfit, has a bunch of Stimpack straped to it, black stockings, white shoes & apron, and blue/gray puffy short sleeves, Blue background w/white cross, on the apron. Hat is plain white, no cross. Other then Blue "Medical Scrubs" & "Scrubs Cap" (Atomic Shop), that is all I know of, from the Atomic Shop.

There are a few Nurse Uniforms, from the Alleghenie Asylum/ Ft. Defiance.

But, you did not give any color listing, so, I can't tell what what you are referring too.

The ones I see most often are called Asylum Worker Uniform. Some players covet a particular colour because it's a rare spawn.

its just rare so people like to "show off" they waste their time farming or alot of caps on it!

It was a reward on the 12th season scoreboard, but I have seen it in the Atomic shop before.

If I may add, there are uniforms that look like smocks but some are 'Amusement Worker' outfits too that look similar.

Places other than the Asylum have these types of hats and uniforms too, like the Penitentiary, Hospitals, Medical Centers etc, even military locations like Fort Defiance - usually in medical areas.

Just keep an eye out. GL with it!

I forget what the rarity was but there's a few hats on my vendor. Yellow and Forest.

There were rumours spread that some rare clothes would be added to random loot boxes, can't remember if it was treasure hunters or the next vendor at Mile Post Zero.

This probably lead to a 'fire sale' as dupers (let's be honest here) tried to clear inventory before the rarity was reduced.

I think the adding to boxes was removed or not added at the time that was rumoured. If it screwed over some traders, tough luck, they deserve to be screwed over for enabling the duping scene.
