Any advise on Wendigo cave?

Help! I spent all my ammo at the last boss Morris Stevens... and now I am more than just frustrated.

Is there a strategy for this boss? I am on level 20.

PS. At least I was able to kill all those mirelurks.

Yup, both killed each other and in the end I won. :P It was the most frustrating quest.

Half the problem is at those levels you have a rough time getting perks to make it easy.

This is where is pays to have friends who can share more than a unneeded and unwanted stupid rank 1 perk.

I saved the Wendigo for near last on the story. And even at around level 50 I was having issues. But eventually got it. Gotta have ammo. Lots of it.

Yeap, Savage Divide region without a PA and a manner/weapon to cripple legs is really rough time ... ! For me, I attempt the Wendigo Cave at level 35 and up with a PA and a combat shotgun ... .

Avoid engaging those savage mirelurk kings, it is torturing to fight with them, and they drop nothing upon death.

Best tip for the wendigo cave is get marsupial or a jetpack, Jump up to the cave in the first room (On the right) and follow that to the wendigo. No need to deal with any mirelurks

The Chinese Stealth Suit + silenced rifle made this cave pretty easy really.
None of the critters, including the Wendigo, were able to track me down.

Killing everything was easy except the W which I couldn't find no matter how much noise I made.

This is why most social media platforms show posting dates as "N years/months/days ago". Sooner or later, Steam forums will do the same.

<3 I remember that somehow the Wendigos bugged out and they killed each other. It was super weird.
