How to start raiders dailies (Wastelanders)? SOLVED
I've been visiting the Crater to interact with Rocksy and Wren for a whole week to get a daily quest but I'm unable to trigger any quest at all.

No problems with the Foundation daily. It's the only one that I can get to start. But with raiders it seems impossible. Am I missing something to unlock those dailies?

1) Finish the main quest with the Overseer and find her at her house.
2) The Overseer will give the quest New Arrivals
3) That quest is divided in two: Here to Stay and Strange Bedfelllows.
4) Bedfellows is for the raiders. It involves going back to Rose, doing a bunch of extra missions (David's talisman) and finally, meeting whit the raider's leader Meg and persuading her to inoculate her people with the anti scorched vaccine.
5) Once Meg says ok to the vaccine, reputation increases to neutral and all dailies with the raiders are unlocked, including the one of the Ohio River Adventure. Going there before finishing Bedfellows will result in having the two NPC's aggroed and unkillable.

Thanks to everyone, all bits of information were very useful. :steamhappy:

ill say you are welcome first, even though i added little to the above discussion...
i will say if you do agro the ohio river or the crater or even foundation... there IS an npc at the wayward that will speak for you with them to solve the agro situation.
also upstairs at the wyaward will be a new npc you might want to visit once and a while. cannot miss this fellow he dresses really spiffy.
good luck.... that rep grind is no joke but i will tell you once youve finished one sides rep grind, doing the others isnt as bad, i did as much for both as much as i could, and still finished the settlers long long before i finished the raiders.... but the satisfaction as that rep meter finally hit ally... hell yeah it was such a load off and so happy to not have to do another single rep quest ever again. sometimes i still do them though just for xp and a few treasury notes. still need that gold. got a hot date with a t-65.

What's your reputation with them? Have you gone far into the story arc?

My rep with raiders is hostile. I completed the Rose quest. With settlers I'm neighborly and that's why I stopped doing the Foundation daily to level up with the raiders.

I read somewhere that I could find some npc to help me get better rep with the raiders at the Wayward but even fter finishing all the quests with the Duchess and the ghoul I can't find such alleged npc.

Go to the Ohio River Adventure in the west and look for 2 NPCs there.

1 gives you rep for different quantities of mirelurk meat (get 1 queen meat is recommended).

1 gives you rep for doing a short defense mission.

Also, you need to do quests for the Overseer and get the whole innoculation thing done before you can really start on the faction quest.

There are several quests with Rose.

One quest line where she sends you off to do stupid stuff like make friends with a Deathclaw, Shoot a Yao Guai with a syringer, steal from super mutants.

The other one she sends you to find David's talisman, some computer code and a few other things and you end up meeting Meg. Once you meet Meg, the Raiders go from Hostile to Neutral.

Dude? really? you are hostile toward them, thats why they didnt give you daily

if hostile then have you met meg after rose asked for you to do tasks? if not then talk to rose some more. if you never did roses original scorcehed quest line you got a lot of running around to go do yet, and if you havnt spoken with the over seer to kick off the innocculation thing with the raiders... well...
its not like the settlers they are RAIDERS they dont trust no one.

If the Raiders are hostile you can not do the Ohio River....

Wrong. You can skip the main story in Savage Divide and do Wastelanders.
When you speak to Rose she basically gives you both quest lines.
I skipped Rose's quest line on one of my characters.
