Just come to see the beauties.:VBCOOL:

By the way, the railway rifle has to be loaded anytime and anywhere, and it has absolutely no advantages except the "wuwu" sound.

I personally like the rifle. However, you're entitled to your own opinion. Kindly try to stray from my posts, you got weird in the last one and I'm here to game.

I'm here to play games, too, please don't be nervous.

I'm not weird, because I'm not in a hurry to add you as a game friend, right?

I'm just sharing my experience, I've used the rail rifle, and I need to change bullets every time I kill an enemy, and if I face a lot of enemies, I need to change bullets anytime and anywhere.

If you use a 5mm mini and a laser mini with 500 or even 999 reloads at a time, you can definitely kill anything that comes close to you.

SleepyGhostBabe, I have a spare plan for the Railway Rifle. It yours for free if you want it.

If you go to Watoga I suggest you explore it thoroughly and do amy side-mission you see on the mini-map.

As for the RR rifle being useless: lmao. Get a quad RR and an automatic receiver, set your perks up for VATS Commando and you can take on almost anything solo.

I have an aristocrat explosive steadfast with auto fire and a long barrel attached. It may not have the capacity of a quad, but it will sure kill faster. I would not sell it, but I might exchange it for T51 parts with either weapon or chems weight reduction legendary attached.
Goes without saying that we talk lvl 50 both ways.

Sleepy, if you have acquired the RR Plan you just make and scrap them to learn the Long Barrel mod. If you don't have the Plan yet, I have one I'll give you. And, or I can put a Long Barrel on that Quad you got from me yesterday. I thought it already had one on it. I should have checked before dropping it for you.

Does the advantage to aiming with the long barrel apply to VATS or not?

Sort of. It's the increased range that is important not the VATS accuracy rating (this is a badly made UI item as that accuracy value is for hip fire).

VATS hit chance is based on weapon range stat and character perception stat. A longer ranged weapon will have a higher hit % at the same distance and perception compared to a shorter range.

It also affects damage drop off so a longer ranged weapon will generally do more average damage over the course of a fight, if the fight is at range. For example vs. Scorchbeasts.

thx

Put the long barrel on, now it's totally useless outside VATS.
