What's the C.A.M.P. item that makes it really dark/night in player camps?

I've finally made a decent themed camp (Junk Yard Hobo) and I've been wanting to add the dark effect I've seen other have in their camps but I'm not sure what the item is they're using to make it look like it's night. I have a Weather Control Station but it's just clear; and I don't think it's a weather effect.

It's different weather control station from season 15 scoreboard named Atlantic City Fog or something like that. Scoreboard items usually become available from Atomic Shop at some point.
EDIT. Atlantic City Boardwalk, not Fog.

It's called weather stations

Weather Control Station (Sunny): Available for free in the Atomic Shop for a limited time. Bright and calm.

Weather Control Station (Atlantic City Boardwalk): Obtained from the Season 15 Scoreboard. This one will make you camp really dark weather almost foggy. Great for Halloween atmosphere.

Weather Control Station (Snow): This one will also make the weather dark but,will have snow flurries.

There is also another weather station that has thunderstorms and rain. Can also be kinda dark. I don't remember if it's from the atom shop or from season score board.

The last one is from a DLC that has the weather same to the new area of the map (the lost). Will have red sky and electric effects I think.
