powerhouse of the cell bug

so im playing the new skyline valley quest and make my way to the powerhouse of the cell quest i get the cactus and die and now i have no quest marker and my quest is bugged i was wondering has anyone else encountered this and is there a fix for it

I have kinda same issue. I had to do back to the greenhouse to kill something i guess, not sure, and when i got there my mission disappeared. It's not in my pip-boy anymore either. As if it never existed.

Skyline Valley is the work of current Bethesda. They've never been great with stable updates, but this has had the most quest bugs to date.

This is what happens when they tried to catch lightning in a bottle and rush an update because of the influx of TV players.

Sadly this is how it is likely to be from now on as the talent just isn't there anymore. These bugs don't even have workarounds you can use...

I dont know if I would blame bethesda fully, microsoft is pressuring them to work on a new fallout single player title because of the success of the tv show. I wouldnt be surprised if they pushed to release more content for FO76 also.

I had the same bug / glitch, quest disappearing, Hilda unresponsive. I returned to the Greenhouse section where Henry the plant is, picked up the key to the cave door off the bench/table to the right then switched servers. After joining back in the quest markers were back and I could complete it. This worked on both PC and Xbox. Good luck. Stewart
