main mission (Duty Calls) blocked

I have the main mission (Duty Calls) blocked, the mission is active when I log in but when I enter RobCop it is deactivated and the brains are not there. Does anyone know anything about it?

Are you entering as team leader, entering "solo", or joining the team leader?

If you are not the team leader and do not enter solo, personal quests are disabled.

I started it on my own then, not finding the brains, I realized that it was no longer active.

Someone else also had a post earlier saying the same thing, the brains aren't spawning.

Sorry to say the quest is likely bugged.

I'm having the same problem. I can see where the brains are but they're not selectable and the quest marker is missing.

I have the same problem. I contacted Bethesda Customer support and got this response

Due to the complicated nature of Fallout 76's questing system, Customer Support tools are limited and unable to manipulate all quests. Nor are we able to reset quests that have already been completed and we are not able to edit past decision points in your quest log.

Generally, the below troubleshooting resolves most quest issues:
Fast Travel away from the area you are in and returning
Logging out of the world you are in and joining a new one
Joining a friend's instance of the quest
Open your map and toggle the quest on and back off again
Abandon the quest and pick it back up again.
If the above does not resolve it, search the Help Portal's Knowledgebase to see if an issue with this quest is known and if there are any workarounds or solutions.

It sounds like they do not care that there is a problem with a main quest in their game considering its an automated response considering 2 of the "fixes" do not work because its a solo main mission and you can not actually join someone on their mission.
